What i did was first go to lables on the left hand side and click the "+" then go into "hidden" and delete and remove bltadwin.rut and torrent data from them. then go to the desktop and right-click and select "screen resolution" and i choose my secondary monitor and selected "make this my main display" and the clicked accecpt. i then undone those actions and put my main monitor back to how i had it. then the next time i added a torrent the window actually showed up and let me add the torrent!.
