Where does the audible app store download

As you see in the image below it's just blank white and does not load anything in Home/Wish List/ Audiobook Sales Deals / Categories, etc. I tried adding app to my anti-virus, even tried closing the anti-virus to see if it was blocking. Can't find the download folder, and there's no way to change the download location in the app. Press J to jump to the feed.
