Dave, you've said in a different article (see Download managers that allow resumption of interrupted downloads) that Apple's Safari browser has that as an option for its download manager. Just right-click on an interrupted download in the "Download Window". I'm a bit confused, because I have Safari on a Mac with OSX tiger.
